I usually post only recipes. I’m making a shift for just today.  I am so excited to share that the Buffalo News, my hometown paper, was interested in featuring a story about plant-based nutrition. As a passionate educator, it was exciting to get to discuss how plant-based living can help people with a variety of Western disease. Taking my message on the road is an important part of my food journey, as I want to help as many people as I can.

If you have an office where there’s nothing but donuts, bagels, and cookies dominating the break room, I’d love to come in and help provide some alternative snacks to have on hand. Junk food in the workplace is often many people’s down falls.  Having a healthy staff equals greater productivity for everyone. Having employees miss work due to sickness slows down the workplace. Fueling yourself with good nutrition will combat these losses.

Here’s the article from the Buffalo News. Thanks to them for sharing the message! Let me know if your office is interested in a presentation! I can also do home classes! Let me know what you think of the article!

Loved the article. I plan to follow you blog and review the past articles. I love eating healthy and right from the garden or Farmers Market. I want to learn more on growing and using herbs. We’ve been growing them more for the fun of it. However, I know we could use them even more.
I’m happy you found a solution to your auto-immune disease. Before we started Weight Watchers and changed our diet to more fruits and veggies I was experiencing the severe cold hands and feet. I’m happy those symptoms have passed. Thanks again for sharing!
