Tropical Blueberry Smoothie: Vegan
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 mango, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein powder (fine to omit, or use alternative low/no sugar protein powder)
  • 1½ cups of water
  • 8 ice cubes (unless bananas are frozen, and then omit)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  1. Blend in a powerful blender like a Vita-Mix and serve! Best to eat right away. As fruit sits exposed to air it oxidizes and looses some of its beneficial nutrients.
