Tahini Sauce: Vegan, use as a topping for falafel, salad dressing, or dip for veggies
  • ½ cup of tahini (be sure to stir, this separates as it sits)
  • ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • ½ cup of packed parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • Add water until desired thickness (we used ¼ cup)
  • pepper or cayenne to taste
  • Other possible add-ins: 1 tsp dill, fresh chives
  1. Place all ingredients into food processor, except water. Blend
  2. Add water as processor is running, stopping to check for desired thickness
  3. Season to taste
  4. Serve atop falafel, salad, or as a dip with fresh cut veggies
