Carrot smoothie, High in fiber, Vitamin C, A, and potassium
Ingredients
  • 2 smaller carrots (or 1 large)
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 5 ice cubes (or omit if your fruit was frozen)
Instructions
  1. Blend in Vitamix until smooth
  2. Pour into a glass and top with 1 tbsp of granola, if desired
