- ½ cup pineapple
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 5 ice cubes (or omit if your fruit was frozen)
- Blend in Vitamix until smooth
- Pour into a glass and top with 1 tbsp of granola, if desired
