Maple Granola

Maple Granola made with only 5 ingredients. Great start to the morning
Ingredients
  • 4 cups of oats (certified gluten free if needed)
  • ½ cup of maple syrup
  • 1½ tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cardamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 275
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Place on cookie sheet
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
  5. Stores great in jars
Notes
Potassium: 188 mg, 10% iron. ¼ cup is a typical serving for me. I usually use about ¼ cup for the morning and add fruit and some almond milk.
