Just Peachy Museli
Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats, certified gluten free if needed
  • ½ cup peach juice (or other fresh fruit juice)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Toppings: 2 tbsp walnuts or other nut or 1 tbsp chia seeds, fresh or canned peaches in natural juice
Instructions
  1. Place oats, juice, and cinnamon in a bowl or jar.
  2. Let sit for 30 minutes or overnight, and add toppings. Eat and enjoy cold!
