Spicy Cashews

Serves: 8 (or more)
- 2 cups of cashews or almonds
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp raw sugar
- ½ tsp cardamon
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- Preheat oven to 350, toast nuts 7-8 minutes
- Wisk salt, sugar, spices in bowl
- Bring oil, vinegar, juice, and molasses to a boil in a shallow pan (about 30 seconds)
- Add nuts and stir to coat
- Place back on cookie sheet and toast in oven 4 minutes
- Cool and serve, can be stored for several days
