Nutty Granola

- 4 cups rolled oats
- ¾ cup organic crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup maple syrup (you could use honey)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix ingredients in a bowl
- Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and smoosh granola in to pan, coating evenly
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
- Store in glass canning jars and serve sprinkled with yogurt or mix with dried fruit and nuts for an afternoon snack
