Nutty Granola

Easy to make granola. Great for breakfast on top of yogurt
Ingredients
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • ¾ cup organic crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup (you could use honey)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl
  2. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and smoosh granola in to pan, coating evenly
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
  4. Store in glass canning jars and serve sprinkled with yogurt or mix with dried fruit and nuts for an afternoon snack
