Plant Based Transition and Wellness Course

Join me for 6 weeks, as we cover the HOW to transition to a more plant-based diet, as well as the WHY. Each week we will cover different topics such as:
1)How sodium/processed foods are linked to high blood pressure/how to read a label
2) High Cholesterol and the role Fiber plays
3) Quick and easy weeknight meals
4) The role stress plays, and managing through meditation
5) How to order out
6) Pantry Staples/Shopping tour/Tricks avoiding Supermarket traps
Each week will include a sample recipe, made quickly for you during class. One week we will travel out of class to a supermarket.
