Reboot with Winter Veggies in Garden Fresh Foodie’s January Healthy Cooking Class! It’s time to leave behind overindulgence and get back on track with in-season veggies. We’ll be making a healthy white bean and creamy root veggie soup, arugula salad with citrus, balsamic roasted beets and miso lentils, and chocolate dipped oranges.
Cooking the Harvest: Prepare in-season soups, salads, and healthy dessert: we’ll be making a butternut squash soup, massaged kale salad topped with a harvest buckwheat salad, and cinnamon apple parfaits for dessert.
